Fragile Planet 2 - Coalescence

The Fragile Planet series of canvases is a visual meditation on the climate crisis which looks back to the planet's formation and forward to the increasing uncertainty of its future which we humans have - deliberately or unwittingly - caused.

The second canvas, Coalescence, refers to the formation of the planet from swirling clouds of cosmic dust and debris.
